COVID-19 Guidelines

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff during the COVID pandemic, please adhere to the following guidelines.

DROP OFF/PICK UP 

  • Text 502-905-3540 upon arrival

  • Staff will come to your car

  • Staff will escort student back to car

MASKS MUST BE WORN

  • A mask with a clear window will be provided to your student

  • Mask will be disinfected after each session

  • Mask will be stored in a personal Ziplock bag

  • Student may take and return mask for each session

HAND WASHING & SANITIZER

  • Sanitizer will be used at the car

  • Hand washing will occur at entry

  • Hand washing will occur before leaving

TEMPERATURE 

  • Student temperature taken at car

  • If temperature is 100.0 or higher, student will be sent home

CLEANING & DISINFECTING 

  • Each session will end 5 mins. early

  • Surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected between sessions

RESCHEDULE IF...

  • You've been in contact with someone with COVID symptoms

  • If you have COVID symptoms

SESSIONS WILL RETURN TO VIRTUAL AT DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION
